Hey everyone. I have made a new group. This group is for a bit of fun where we all catch up and do some fitness training a few times a week. I have planned to do Summer Monday evenings @ 7.30 and Thursday evenings also. I would love to do a few more if people are keen also or early mornings during the week. Let me know what you would like to do. These sessions have boxing, skipping, stair runs, shuttle runs, weights, ball weights, cardio, bleep tests and various others. Feel free to let me know what suits you. 😈
