Hey everyone, Im in need of some help right now. I was told to give this a shot and see what happens. Hopefully it will help us out. I know some of you have seen the previous post I made about my current situation. If not, long story short, I moved form VA to TN to do workapming. We were told many different things, but it turned out to be something completely different. Couple examples, we were supposed to mow the lawn and take care of chickens in trade for a free spot, come to find out, were building a campground from scratch. He told us there was already a campground here. Guess not. Second, before we moved our car died. So we told the man our situation, that either we fix, and not come or scrap it and we can make it as long as he has transportation here we can borrow until we have enough saved up to buy our own. Well, my husband cant get a job now because there is NO transportation. NO legal documents and the transportation is just rotting on the yard. Something my husband is expected to fix, even though we have no money. Campground boss doesnt care though, I feel like he said what he said on top of other things to get us out here, so he could get free labor and get his campground up. Ive never felt so trapped in my life. We cant just leave either. Our rakes were sticking about a half hour before we pulled into the campground. Cant get them fixed, because we cant find a job in walking distance from where we live, because he is not willing to help with transportation as promised. I fear that once the campground is done, he will send us on our way, sense tensions are getting high. Today my husband got a call from Amazon. They want us to come to Murfreesboro, which is only 2 hours away. This is what I need help with. If I could get 60 people to send me $10 dollars as a donation, that would get us the brakes we need and take care of gas to get us 2 hours away. My husband does not want to leave here until our brakes our fixed because he does not feel they are safe to drive, which is understandable considering my 2 kids will be riding in it with us. I know this is a lot for a stranger to ask, but I have no other choice. I need to get my family out of this situation and into a situation that will provide better opportunity, rather than just wasting our days away, waiting for something to come through. My grandmother has contacted churches and I have contact Veteran foundations, but no one seems to be able to help. If anyone can find the kindness to help us out, I would ever be so grateful. I can either work something out, where I can pay you back when we start getting his checks in or simply just carry on the cycle of giving, when here is nothing to give.
