Hey everyone. We are looking to run the auction from August 12th -14th with payments being made by the 17th. We will also be loading a Gofundme page for donations towards the Christmas party for the tsunami victims of MSR. I am in search of someone local, in Misawa, to help coordinate what I can not do, as I am no longer living in Misawa. Responsibilities for this volunteer opportunity are as follows: 1. Handling funds 2. Collecting donated items and getting them to the winners 3. Dropping off funds to NavyFed 4. Collecting baked good for the Halloween Festival Table (as long as we are approved to get one this year) 5. Helping work shifts at the Halloween Festival Table 6. Setting up a date to collect baked goods and make goodie bags for the children of MSR for the Christmas Party 7.
