Send it in to the folks at The Cleveland Leadership Center by January 12th, and you could get up to $3,000 to make the idea a reality. They are looking for ideas in five categories: 1. Quality of Life. Initiatives that impact life experiences, including health, recreation and social services. 2. Economic Development. Initiatives that address poverty and economic self-sufficiency, or stimulate economic growth. 3. Educating for Tomorrow. Initiatives that advance access to educational development. 4. Community Change. Initiatives that make a meaningful change in peoples lives and neighborhoods. 5. Transformative Arts and Culture. Initiatives that use arts and culture to transform people and places. Why should you pitch your idea? Because someone is going to win the money, and it might as well be you for your good idea.
