Hey folks. A little update from your bubbly alumna in Oregon: Please pray for me. Ive come down with a terrible cold (I know its not strep). Right now Im working full time at a lovely bakery and cantoring and accompanying at my home parish. I worked the beginning of this last week at the bakery and shot my voice (I do customer service - big surprise right?). Ive had the worst congestion and sore throat and major delay in tone when I try to speak. Ive been on vocal rest for about 4 days with little improvement. I didnt realize how much I love singing or how much I talk until now. Thankfully Im not scheduled to sing for the rest of the month, just accompany on Christmas day... however I am really bummed. So Saint Blaze pray for me! I miss you all and Im really missing singing Sacred Music with gifted people like yourselves. Sending so much love!
