Hey folks and dont forget to keep your song and pose requests coming in for Yoga Rave #4! So you can request your favourite yoga pose ALONGSIDE your favourite song and well teach it in your honour with your fav tune playing (can write the request into the comments) So if youve ever been in class and feeling the bliss of a certain pose and thinking wow this would be so much better with a bit of Avicii/Moby/Metallica/Kylie/Spice Girls in the background then heres your chance! Please note no requests for One Direction, we have to draw the line somewhere! (although could work if we were doing something involving squatting :-)) Anyway weve had some classics before...Tree Pose to Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin, Cobra to Mr Blue Sky by ELO, Vinyasa sequence to Innocence by Nero, and i cant remember the pose that went with Intro by the XX but I really like the song so thought would share it with you!
