Hey friends! I am gonna be running an Ashtanga level 1 beginners class (also great for the intermediate and advanced yogi) Aug 5-28. Mon and Wed 6:30-8:00. this is a great way to get a strong foundation for your yoga practice. $85 for the month. The classes will be at Freddy Jet (old oxford train depot) studio in Oxford. The temp will be high at this studio (just right for yoga) so get yourself some water, a mat and a towel and come join us!!!
