Hey friends... I need your help! Some of you owe me some favors, so Ill be looking for your likes and comments on this post :) As many of you know, my son just recently entered cub scouts. He is a tiger, which is the first level in cub scouts, open to 1st graders. The cub scouts and boy scouts have a yearly sales program to bring in funding for the organizations -- popcorn sales. A large chunk of this directly benefits our local pack (pack 6 of the skyline trail council). Aidan will specifically get to do an overnight on the U.S.S. Hornet, an aircraft carrier in the East Bay, as direct benefit from this fundraiser... amongst many other activities this year. Can I depend on you to help Aidan (and his local pack) out? There are a variety of types of popcorn to purchase at varying prices. While Ive tried the popcorn, and its very delicious, your money is really going to help the cute group of cub scouts out. Maybe you have helped out another pack before, maybe you havent. In either case, we would value your support! I know it may mean a couple of less Starbucks coffees for some of you, but the result is years of education, exploration, and positive community growth for years to come.
