Hey friends, To exhaust all possibilities; Im asking if theres anyone out there who can offer up advice, ideas, or maybe even contacts! Im seeking a job up north (BC, AB, SK, YK, NWT). Doesnt matter where, or what - for me, its all about the coin for 2015. I want to go to school in 2016 without debt. I have applied with multiple companies, yet it can often take a long time to get a response if one comes down the pipe and Im already starting to get antsy. I have a few assets in the industry: Class one, crane ticket, TDG, HAZMAT, H2S, WHMIS, and Im hoping to have First Medical Responder completed shortly... I dont care if Im operating a crane or a heavy truck, but if I can utilize my current skills it will likely result in higher pay. Unfortunately, Ive no oil/gas experience so far. I have been to the NWT for a single stint before, but not oil related. However it was outdoor work in arctic winter, and was camp style for 32 days straight. It was a blast and Id love an opportunity to do something similar again! Let me know! Thanks everyone.
