Hey, guy at Walgreens in Glens Falls this afternoon - I hope you were having a bad day, missed your meds, had low blood sugar, struggle with PTSD and that todays moronic, redneck, vitriolic verbal attacks on the young man behind me in line were an exception and not the rule of how you conduct yourself every day. Sometimes you have to wait in line. Sometimes the girl at the register is a little slow due to chemo or some other such thing that made her lose all of her hair. Sometimes the broke woman in line has to return items because they cost too much. Sometimes nobody has a pen. Sometimes the world does not revolve around you. And if the phrase First come, first served bothers you because you didnt change lines when the guy in front of you did, telling him to speak only when spoken to is really not the answer. Also, threatening him for yawning was a bit much. And telling the older woman on crutches she should know better than to speak unless spoken to also, made me both want to punch you and pray for you. Thanks for upsetting and scaring everyone in the store because you couldnt check out your cart full of items fast enough. Youre the kind of guy who shoots off his mouth and makes people hope you dont have guns, and makes responsible gun owners afraid to have theirs taken away. Next time you go out in public, take a chill pill, or dont go out. Nobody needs your bullcrap on a Monday afternoon.
