Hey guys -- This Saturday at 9am we need your help! Here is what is going on (From Ed): Our family is doing a monthly charity event for worthy causes. This month Julia (Eds daughter) wanted to do something to help local animals in need. I know how much our gym loves animals and thought that maybe we could ask the members to help out. Our idea was to organize a drive for the Franklin County animal shelter. I have attached a list of items that the shelter needs, and we plan on coming Saturday April 12th. Also, Karyn and Julia would like to have a little bake sale at the gym on Saturday morning from 9-1 with all proceeds going to the shelter. Julia named it Good treats for a good cause! We will be sampling and selling paleo treats.
