Hey guys! As I am going to study abroad a semester my room will be free from February till June (maybe longer…). Hardfacts: • 13m2 and nicely furnished (big bed, desk, cupboard, hallstand) • Location: Hötting, near to Schneeburggasse with a gorgeous view over Innsbruck and absolutely calm & green location- joined garden for the renters) • Next to the woods-> perfect location for all runner’s and nature-lovers • Infrastructure: by bike you can reach the golden “Dachl” in 8 min and uphill you need about 15 min, there is a really good Bus connection (Line H & A) going every 10 min (bus station in front of the house) • Shared flat with the two best roommate ever: Sabrina & Flo • Clean flat, everything functioning, kitchen is totally furnished too, flat contains everything you can wish for (washing machine, dishwasher, bath tub, …) • Big cellar and garage • Super low price: 275 € (you should be a student as we are getting a student’s rent support/rent allowance) So write me an PN if you are interessted- possible visits up from now!;)
