Hey guys Im Leah, 36 with 2 beautiful boys Im from newcastle nsw Australia! Thank u for adding me! I was diagnosed when my second son was 4 wks old in 2008 Started on 50mg pred then slowly reduced, tried me on imuran but had every side effect possible n turned out allergic Now been steady on 5 mg prednisone for 4 yrs now Work casually as hairdresser And single mum is enough The fluid filled legs and chronic fatigue is the killer for me! I have a supportive new partner who trys his best to understand. Does anyone else suffer from the severe fatigue and puffy legs? Aching joints? I feel like I could sleep for days at times! My LFT levels have been normal for a few yrs now which is great! Hard to plan things though cause unsure of how Im gunna feel day to day. Does anyone else get like this? Please say its common in AIH sufferers!
