Hey guys, Im going to revive this page in terms of strength and fitness articles, ideas, discussions etc. Ill try and include only decent quality content, not just memes of cats and barbells. Once its back up and running, Id love to get more visibility. More likes = more reach & better input. But, I only want your help if I earn it through legitimate content. So, if you see something you actually find helpful, look in the About section for my Page Strategy - I only ask you to share once, to a minor few who might benefit, not to bother your whole friends list just to help.
