Hey guys! Im sharing this because of the person who needs some assistance - Gary Austin. If youd like, please Google this man. Youll see the incredible contribution hes made to our industry. I met and studied with Gary after being introduced to him by Tom Wardoch. I am forever grateful to them both. If youve never been blessed to learn from this visionary, heres your chance to make sure hes still around. Please consider a donation. It will be well served. And without question - well deserved. Heres a little story from his daughter - FUND RAISING FOR GARY AUSTIN in the hospital I am Gary Austin’s “kid” as he likes to call me—Audrey. Over the last few years, my father has battled cancer. In spite of his health he has forged onward with performing, teaching and directing–this year alone has seen the release of his debut music album, a feature film role and two lifetime achievement awards. Unfortunately, because of his latest health issues he has been unable to work for several weeks. This has created an enormous financial problem. My daddy needs financial help in this time of intense crisis. It is with great trepidation that I am forced to reach out and ask for any financial contribution you can make. Funds will be spent on rents due, health insurance, food and basic necessities. Anything you can give will be gratefully received. With the support of his family and friends, we are hoping for a great recovery and speedy return to his beloved work in the theatre. I would be grateful if you would share this news with others. This need will continue for the next few months. I will update Gary’s recovery progress on his “Gary Austin Workshops” Facebook page. With the deepest gratitude from my family to yours —Thank You.
