Hey guys! Im sure you have noticed I have definitely been MIA the past few months. And in hopes that you guys understand, Im going to share some personal stuff that has been going on. All of it is why i have not had much for sale and honestly not doing anything fiber related lately! My children have been getting icky little viruses since Sept. Everytime they got a cold, they got ear infections, which led to Dr appointments, and bills. (yuck!) We are going on almost one month of good health for them, my husband and I. (knock on wood) so that is why I started slowing down, trying to care for my family and myself with constant sickness for months, I just didnt have the time! Then my mom had a health scare and underwent a minor surgery from which she fully recovered from! And now, oh boy. My dad has had severe health issues the past few months. We have recently gotten it diagnosed as Wegeners granulomatosis which is a rare disorder that causes inflammation in blood vessels. He has had TONS of drs appointments and tests and whatnot. It has been an EXTREMELY stressful time for my family and I. He will be going to the Cleveland Clinic tonight for his appointment tomorrow. He will have to undergo chemo as the disease has effected his lungs, as well be on steroids indefinitely. Im laying this all out not for sympathy but for prayers, positive vibes, and in hopes you will all understand why I have not been on top of my game lately. All I can really think is thank the good Lord we moved back to my hometown around family again. I could not imagine having to be thousands of miles away while my dad is going through this! Anyways, this has all had its effect on me. Im taking the measures to make sure i am taking care of myself with all of this stress and anxiety. I have had no interest in doing anything fiber related, which is unusual, but understandable I guess with whats going on! I am going to actively start trying to do my fiber stuff for fun and see if that helps get me back i gear! I am not done with Momma Robs Fiber Arts! Just have to get back into the groove, however long that may take! So Ill fly by the seat of my pants creatively and will make sure to let you guys know when stuff is up for sale! Whenever that will be! Thank you for reading =)
