Hey guys, check this out! This Sunday, yes Super Bowl Sunday, we will be hosting a 3-hour workshop dedicated to toes-to-bar and pull-ups. Mitch, Seth, and Randy will all three be on hand leading a discussion and providing coaching to all participants. The link is below, and space is limited.
