Growing company seeking a marketing professional that will be responsible for the marketing of new construction real estate and business development for a cutting-edge construction company focused on sustainable practices. Candidate will be experienced in real estate marketing and sales. Having general knowledge of construction, sustainable practices and LEED Certification is a plus. Being a licensed real estate agent is not mandatory but a plus. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe and Powerpoint. Flexible hours and an opportunity to grow with company.
