Hey guys, the Carleton UN Society is hosting its last speaker of the series for this academic year. It will be the Development speaker of the series, and he is Jean-Paul Ruskowski, an agriculture economist who learned that one of the best way to ensure the success of a country is by developing its law making system. So he is now president of the Parliamentary Centre, an NGO which works with Parliaments around the world to help them with a diversity of issues.
