Hey my beloved friends, today I want to talk about a more serious topic. The topic is Cutting. Yesterday I stumbled over a picture on facebook where a brother in Christ asked for prayers. The picture showed a girl who was cutting herself on her arms and legs. Guys we need to do something. We need to step out there. There are people around us dying inside. Cutting is an epidemic amongst our teens. I used to cut myself when I was a teenager and God healed me from it. I did it because I had nowhere to turn. I didnt know what to do with the pain inside. I hated myself. And I let all the pain out on myself. Guys we, especially we as the body of Christ need to step out there to this dying world. Stop pretending as if we are living in a box. We need to step out and be what God has called us to be. Be light. Be love. If you see someone struggeling. Give them a shoulder to lean on. We, the people, also need to think before we speak. We underestimate the power of words sometimes. Words can cut deep, in a positive and in a negative way. The Bible says The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. - Proverbs 18:21. And it is true. So I ask you today to use your words to encourage others and built others up. Keep our youth in your prayers. May God bless you. Have a great day. I love you guys. God loves you.
