During difficult economic times, the cost of higher education leaves many students wondering if they can afford to go to college. For those who want to avoid being saddled with huge loans, these schools may provide a great alternative. Although the colleges don’t charge tuition, most charge for room and board and other incidental expenses such as books, supplies and equipment, transportation, health insurance, personal expenses and so on.
