Hey team! Is everyone having a good weekend so far? I wanted to post todays challenge on here, today, I challenge every member of our team to do three sets of 10 crunches. They can be bicycle, regular, reverse, whichever works best for you. How is everybody doing as far as progressing toward their goals? What is your plan of action to achieve your goals? Do you have one main goal or are you setting short term goals that you modify when you reach them? As of Friday we were in 7th place in our region, lets kick up a notch and show Lowes what 1666 is made of! I see the motivation my team has almost everyday, spread that motivation to this challenge. Push yourself a little harder when working toward your goals. If you are trying to lose weight, push yourself to workout when you really dont want to or to say no to that dessert. If you are working to gain weight, push yourself a little more to eat at least a small healthy meal at meal time even if youre not that hungry. If youre trying to maintain your current weight, push yourself a little more to keep with your usual workout routine or skip the drive-thru and eat something healthy. We can do this 1666! We work together as a team everyday in the store, we help each other and support each other, dont let that stop when you clock out.
