Alejandra The Senior Analyst role will support the Director of Digital Analytics & Insights by providing analysis and reporting for the Digital Strategy Organization and other business units across AARP. As part of AARP’s central digital analytics organization, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for a variety of initiatives including completing analysis projects for AARP’s executive leadership and other key stakeholders of web data, managing the weekly and monthly data collection for global reporting, managing tag-based implementations on behalf of the businesses and providing end-user training and education on analytics tools such as Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics. Job Responsibilities include: ∞ Drive core insights from the data to provide recommendations that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience and increase performance against KPIs. ∞ Create digital dashboards and summary reports for presentations to management and various AARP business units; ∞ Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to quantify the impact of campaigns and other major initiatives; ∞ Provide recommendations to support the continual improvement of editorial, marketing, and technology efforts based on quantified data; ∞ Collaborate with external data partners, agencies, and vendors to assist with data collection, reporting, and campaign tagging; ∞ Provide a high level of expertise with data collection technologies and its implementation in a business context (i.e. Omniture SiteCatalyst and Data Warehouse, Google Analytics, Test&Target, tag-based testing technology)
