Hey there ladies who want to work on that butt I hope you are saving all of these suggested exercises that I have been posting of this trainer as these are movements that you can surely do on your own correctly if you watch and study the clips. Theres nothing hard there at all. You just have to take the time out to devote to what it will take to experience development. Its not going to happen in only two or three sessions. You will have to perform each clips at least once or twice a week until you see results. Good luck to those thats willing to try!!!! :-D
