This Townsville Adventurethon Course is very scenic and Iconic with a paddle to and from Tropical Magnetic Island, Mountain Biking over the New under the Radar MTB Tracks and through the Town Common wetlands and trail Running the Summit of Mt Marlow and overlooking Magnetic Island, Townsville and the Palm Islands in North Queensland. Entrants at this year’s Adventurethon National Challenge Townsville which takes place 21st / 22nd June 2014 at Pallarenda beach In Townsville will be battling it out for Free Entry into the World Multisport Championships in New Zealand at the “Speights Coast to Coast” The First Australian Solo male and First Australian Female who cross the Ultra finish line will be battling for the Free spots to represent Australia at the World Championship event About The Coast To Coast The Speights Coast to Coast traverses the South Island of New Zealand from Kumara Beach on the Tasman Sea to Sumner Beach on the Pacific Ocean.
