Hi Bedrockers! Just received an email from a great group that just enjoyed our Park.What do you think? Dear Jo, Joe and staff, I wanted to write a quick note to say thank you so much for organising one of the best holidays my group has had. I have had nothing but rave reviews about the trip since we’ve have been back! Everyone had a lovely time and I think enjoyed some of the physical challenges that this trip presented. The itinerary that you put together was spot on and had something to appeal to everyone. The tours were fantastic, the food hearty and plentiful (!) and the accommodation was clean and very comfortable. I honestly cannot fault a thing. In particular, I was really impressed with the friendliness of your staff – everyone that we dealt with was helpful, friendly and genuine. Your guides in particular were outstanding. We certainly felt like we were welcome in your beautiful part of the country and everyone came away with a new appreciation of life in outback Queensland. I commend you on having a great team and running a terrific operation. We will definitely come back in the future. I am sorry that we didn’t really get to say thank you to you both when we left – it was a bit of a madhouse organising everyone and all the bags. Please also pass on our thanks to Cobbold – I felt a bit sorry for them as they seemed quite overwhelmed with a large number of guests all arriving together. Notwithstanding, the group also enjoyed their stay there. Again, the guides that took the groups on the Gorge tour were terrific as were the staff that assisted me to organise things.
