Hi Carl I just want to say a big "Thank-you!" to you for all your help in replacing both rear light clusters (or whatever they are called!) on Beki`s green Polo on Wednesday afternoon. And she has a ready cleaned and fitted the mats which you kindly gave to her! She, her mum, dad and myself are all so very pleased with your workmanship, friendliness and very reasonable charges for both parts and labour. In the end, Beki decided not to have you check out her central locking at present, but will wait until she returns home from Edinburgh at Xmas. By then she will know if the car is reliable and worthy of the work, or if she will need to buy another motor. But hopefully the Polo will be a good one and, if so, she will probably ask you to check out the locking at that time. I have already told two owners of older model VWs` about you and will tell others as and when I meet them. Hopefully this will bring further trade to you!
