Hi Everybody. It is very disappointing to read that there will be no flight. Ryanair have broken a promise to reinstate all flights that were cancelled in 2009 as a result of the €10.00 tourist tax. I have tried really hard with all your help to get exposure of the flight. I personally knew that Gothenburg City Airport had a dialogue with Ryanair in the last month and the airport wanted to welcome the Dublin flight back but obviously now the negotiations failed. You all have been great in trying to help and I thank you all so very much. I will not give up in trying to get our flight back. I will continue to try and create awareness with the airlines, Ryanair, SAS, Aer Lingus, and Norwegian and the media. We have come too far just to give up. We are all disappointed but we need now to be stronger and shout even louder. What disappoints me is that there are 358 people on this page and only a handful of these people have helped to try and get the flight back. I do not mind working on everybody’s behalf but I ask the people on this page who have not helped to try and help, or leave the page. I need to know that everyone of us is committed in trying to help, rather than just wanting to read the latest news. When you become a friend of “Bring Back Göteborg-Dublin Route” you want the flight back if the flight is for you, a loved one, or a friend who needs the flight, but more importantly YOU WANT TO HELP !!. As I have said I am very disappointed that we have failed but I will not give up and I will continue to fight and try and get a Dublin Gothenburg flight for all of us. Thank you. Ronan Hanson
