Hi Everyone. Customers in Western Australia will experience reduced speeds and timeouts to most sites from 4.30pm AWST today, until approximately 1:00am AWST. Additionally, customers outside of WA will experience issues trying to access Westnet services including Email, Webmail, MyAccount and Signup. This is due to a fibre break in a providers network between Perth and Adelaide, impacting multiple links. Though we don’t have an ETA for the repair, as mentioned we’re expecting customer impact to cease by 1:00am as demand reduces.
