Hi Everyone, On Sunday, it marked three-months since the accident and I am happy to say that…Im better! Slowly but surely Im getting there. Im ready to drive, I know I cant walk yet but I really want to drive. I made it once to the bottom of the driveway but want to try again, hopefully I wont be scared or freaked out as I was at first. Ive become very intimate with every square inch of this house, so its the call of the unknown that motivates me. My sister Mary came for a visit this week and I’m beyond excited, she hasnt been here on her own (without my Mom) in years so this will be fun. King Salmon are running out of Santa Cruz and it’s really delicious so Im going to make that for dinner tonight zucchini from my garden and maybe some grilled corn. Pool therapy is going well and Im walking in the water and doing all sorts of PT routines. New routines would be welcome after three months of the same stuff - oh well. Real walking starts sometime hopefully EARLY in August! Watch out… Cant wait to get into my pottery studio and the garden although I did make a batch of blueberry jam…Martha picked them for me then helped me all along the way I actually shouldnt claim any responsibility. John has been incredible he has so much patience. Something I lack completely. Thank God he was not hurt as bad. Lots of Love, Cindy
