Hi FitFam, Sister #1, @theshanetteg here. If youre like me there is nothing like a challenge to kick-start your motivation. Many of us do very well with short challenges so this should get you going. 10 Day Challenge 12/08-12/17 (If you stay committed/consistent you could lose 15-18 lbs) =Workout ALL 10 days for at least 45 minutes to an hour (if it helps you do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night-boom you have your hour) =3 Meals per Day Breakfast =Egg Whites and Green Veggie (ex. Spinach) Lunch=Protein Meat and Green Veggie (protein bar/shake as a sub) Dinner=Protein Meat and Green Veggie (protein bar/shake as a sub) If you need a snack eat an apple or if you just need to curb the cravens chew on some sugar free gum **For those that have followed our @3fitsis page you know we love to juice. For and added boost substitute one of your meals with a glass of MEAN GREEN JUICE. =MEAN GREEN JUICE -1 Cucumber, 4 Celery stalks, 2 Green Apples, 6-8 Kale leaves (or sub with Spinach), 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime and 1 tbsp of ginger =Drink NOTHING but WATER (recommended daily dose is half your weight in ounces) YES HALF LOL. This may be the hardest or most challenging for some. Your skin and body will thank you. =NOTHING after 7PM or 8PM, depending on your schedule. ***For those that want to focus a lot on your ABS I will post a daily AB challenge to ADD to your workout. DAY 1 AB Workout 5 Crunches, 5 Leg Raises, and 10 Second Plank (search some YouTube videos for instructions on how to do these CORRECTLY) Thats it!!!
