Hi Folks, firstly I would like to thank everyone for their support in recent weeks. Our objective on this page is to create more awareness to the general public on crime. We need to be together as a community. Being aware of happenings in your area will help in the prevention of crime. We are not posting here to have a go at The Gardai, or to discuss water meters or to inform people of headline news. We need to be more aware and to report suspicious activity to the Gardai, at least then we can say that we as a community are doing our bit. Dont forget that the Gardai are a part of our community, they live in these areas too and it is true to say that they too can be victims of crime. The only difference is that they are more aware of what can and does happen because they deal with a high volume of this stuff on a daily basis. So lets stick together and try to do our bit to prevent crime to the best of our ability. Thanks again.
