Hi, For the 3rd time this week people have failed to collect sweets that they have ordered. Not only do they not turn up, they dont even have the decency to answer my messages. What people dont seem to realise is that we pay out to buy the things they have ordered & are then left out of pocket when they dont turn up! We have lots of brilliant customers that come back time & again but I am going to have to start asking for deposits or payment by PayPal very soon as I cant afford to carry on if people keep letting me down.
