Hi Friends, I need your help for referrals :) Accounting - Assistant I. Responsibilities: A. Responsible for all financial and accounting activities related to Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables or General Accounting, with knowledge in dealing with basic requirements of Taxation. B. Records and analyzes the companys financial information and financial transactions. C. Processes payments and documents such invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements. D. Performs work related to payroll and other Accounting functions as assigned. E. Prepares monthly review of tax monitoring report. II. Education and Professional Requirements: A. Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or any Business related course. B. CPAs are Preferred. C. Atleast 2 years work experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or General Accounting Preferred. D. Willing to be assigned in Malabon City. E. Full time working hours, 6 days a week 2 Full Time Positions Available Purchasing - Assistant I. Responsibilities: A. Strong communication and negotiation skills. B. Well equipped and knowledgeable in Purchasing, Inventory, Material & Warehouse Management. C. Process and facilitates quotation request/purchasing request. D. Outsource, negotiates, and orders with local and foreign suppliers. E. prepares purchase request/purchase order report. F. Maintains records keeping, handles procurement documentation and processing of approved purchase orders. G. Does purchase errands and assists in actual canvassing of requested items. H. Monitors daily delivery schedules, unserved purchase orders, and coordinates with concerned departments the delivery schedules of the supplies and materials purchased. I. Performs other jobs such as but not limited to filing inventory and other reports. J. Does clerical and administrative support. II. Education and Professional Requirements: A. Graduate of Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or any related field. B. Possesses strong and effective negotiation skills. C. Proficient in Microsoft Applications. D. Can work under pressure with minimum supervision. E. Works well with others, flexible, resourceful and willing to work for long hours. F. Atleast 2 years work experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Material & Warehouse Management Preferred. G. Willing to be assigned in Malabon City. H.
