Hi Gilbert, will any of your members be interested in selling my soups and sauce at events? The pay is $6 an hour with incentive of $1 average per item sold. I can sell over 100 items in one day so even if the staff sells about 80 items only, the incentive + hourly pay will be about $158/day. If they get good at it, they can get more. I am looking at 4 Saturdays a month and the staff will need to work about 13hrs, to include the time to pick up and deliver the stock. This person will also need to get a part-timer to assist him and we will pay for that as well. I already have a following with repeat customers. The staff will need his own laptop to allow customers to key in their contacts for my database. At the event, he will need to heat up sample soups and sauces and selectively approach customers to offer them these samples. Simple job actually but this person needs to be well spoken, tactful and cheerful. Please do let me know if someone comes to mind. Thank you so much. John 9004 1800
