Hi! Here a little text I wrote in deviantArt: ---------------------------------------- Hi! Im trying to learn to draw, yes, Im very bad at drawing. I paint miniatures since 2000 and started sculpting in 2007, in this last years Ive been studying a lot about sculpting, anatomy and all that stuff and I feel its interesting for me to learn to draw. Just a little bit, you know, make some fast drawings and sketches to design my own miniatures better. Normally I sketch directly in the miniature Im working on and sometimes the idea I had changes in my mind while Im working. I think this happens because the sculpting process is a long process for me and I dont have a very clear idea of that I want. Sometimes I sculpt characters Ive seen on the net (here in deviantart for example!) and I feel I do a better job because the idea is clear and very well defined. Thats why I feel it would be interesting for me and, on the other hand, it would be a very interesting exercise. Ill try to learn to draw using the knowledge (the little knowledge) I gained from the miniature sculpting and painting just for doing it more comfortable for me and making it a faster process. Just wanted to share that with you. Thanks for everyone to makes tutorials on the net and specially to Sycra (you can find him in Youtube and DeviantArt) because following him I learnt a lot.
