Hi, I am LOOKING FOR A ROOMATE form Sep. It is a two bed room apartment with a good space, the flat is 93 sq mt. big with a nice balcony facing the street. The apartment is fairly new, with big windows, a dish washer, and a washing machine in the toilet. The room you are going to rent is almost fully furnished with a drawers, clothset, side drawer; table, chair, bookshelf etc. only miss a bed. The apartment is close to lots of supermarket and grocery shops. Both fitness.dk and fitness world are very close by ( 5-10min). It takes 20 min to cycle to CBS, close to a Nørrbro train station and a bus stops just right outside the building. The rent is 4800kr including everything, with one month deposit. I prefer a female student (international) who is responsible, clean, and social, the rent period is for 6 months, maybe longer. I am looking for a roommate as my current roommate is leaving by the end of this month. I am a CBS student but currently doing my internship at Novo Nordisk, I have a 10 months old daughter, she is very friendly and happy. We get up quite early every morning as I have to be at work by 8am and the place is rather far. Your room and my room are separated, that means there is privacy, if you want to be in your room and study or relax. I like to clean and we take shifts in doing so, we share the most basic things like slat etc. the rest is up to us how we do it.
