Hi I have been on the phone for over an hour to 4 different idiots about a billing issue each one said I was being transferred to the right area only to transfer me to another idiot who didnt even have my details or had any idea about my phone conversation in the end I got told I would have a call back from a stupidvisor which still hasnt happened!!!! I would like this incident resolved asap as this isnt the first time it has happened and I will be looking into other providers for my phone and internet sevice!
