Hi. I just entered NRMF after prelims. Late enrollee to be exact. It is so hard if you came from a prestigious university and then youll be transferring here in this school. My friends are wondering why we, my best friend and I, transferred here, why not UST? We transferred here to pursue our dream to become a doctor (me) and a scientist (my friend) and because of a friend who graduated here told us that the pre-med courses here is high. Our friend told us not to transfer in Morayta because the environment is different, she told us, Sa NRMF ka na lang mas matitino diyan at mas marami kang magiging kaibigan. But why is it hard for us to adjust in this schools environment? In our previous school, the moment you enter the university, you will really feel welcome but why is it that i feel Im not welcome here? Wala lang hindi ko lang kasi lubusang matanggap na weeks have passed still we dont have a friend yet. Mali ata sinabi ng friend namin. I really do feel na hindi talaga kami welcome. I hope all transferee students can relate here? I really just dont know what to do. Iba lang kasi talaga atmosphere dito eh. Di ko alam kung ano. People here seems too serious (or maybe just the med students)... I was in Starbucks when i waved my hand to my classmates and went outside to greet them. They told me, ang yaman mo naman. I was like, what? So, if im in Starbucks im rich? Im confused. Im not rich okay? You guys can bring me to stalls and eat fishballs and the egg with orange thing so just to be one with you. I really dont know whats the problem. Im friendly in my previous school up to now, im still like that. Still confused on why i dont have friends yet? Should i cancel our enrollment here and transfer to UST even though we will start as a freshmen again? To my best friend, you know who I am. Pero dude sinabi ko na ito sayo.
