Hi , I would be happy to provide a recommendation and trust that it is sufficiently interesting to be posted ! Initially, we were was a bit dubious about posting our vacancy on line with Jobdone but after having taken out expensive prime space for 3 days in the situations vacant section of the local evening paper and getting absolutely no responses whatsoever we knew the days of print media as an effective way of getting our message out there and recruiting effectively were unfortunately long gone. Although at first concerned about the anonimity of dealing with a remote company on line I was re-assured within minutes when I was contacted by an account manage who personally explained the proccess and before long was offering pertanent advice on how to smarten- up our advert in order to attach the right calliber of candidate and then with an hour... we were live ! We were overwhelmed by the results. In fact the whole experience was entirely positive, the interface easy to use, the service economical and cost effective and whats more within 3 days we had received volumes of quality responses which led to us filling our job vacancy - job done !
