Hi Ikea Fans! We are a fan of IKEA in Malaysia just like you. Unfortunately, IKEA Malaysia doesnt have any online store. Its quite hard for people outside Klang Valley to purchase. Therefore, here we are working independently to provide you a personal in-store shopper service so that it will save your time & energy from all the hassles. HOW DO WE WORK. We take your order here on our fanpage. There is no minimum order. You can order as you please and as how many as you want. We will check the availability for each of every item at the store and a pro-forma invoice will be send to you to confirm the total charges. Total charges will include our personal shopper service fee, delivery/courier charges and assembly charges (if any). A full payment will be collected from you. Once we have received your payment, we will then visit the store for you, purchase the items you have requested and then deliver and assemble them in your home, store or office at a time that suits you. Most IKEA products are designed to be assembled by the customer at home. If you prefer or need assistance assembling your furniture, we can recommend an independent in-home assembly service. For a reasonable charge, theyll put it all together. Basic assembly will cost you 8% of the retail price of the item that needs assembly. Kindly let us know if you need this service. A copy of your Ikea official receipt will be send via email for verification purposes during delivery. We will mail the original receipt to your delivery address. Please keep your Ikea original official receipt for the purposed of returning or exchanging good, in case if you are not satisfied with the product. HOW WE DELIVER The delivery charges depends on what sort of item you want to order. Big & heavy furniture requires delivery by either 1 or 3 tonnes lorry. We will appoint Ikea Damansara own Home Delivery service to send the heavy items for you. Delivery fee will apply and the charge depends on your location. If your address is within Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang and selected parts of Rawang, the delivery charge is RM75 nett only. For other places, kindly inquire to know more. Please be advised that this type of delivery service is limited to Semenanjung Malaysia only. For any small & light items, we will courier them through Pos Laju Malaysia to anywhere in Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak. Please be advised that Pos Laju have certain requirements to courier every items. On normal arrangement, your goods will be packed in a box or special packaging. Upon every inquiry, Pos Laju will estimate the courier charge based on the items total weight, height, length, width and your delivery address. The exact courier charges can only be determined when we finally send your order at the Post Office. Should the exact courier charges differ from what we may have charged you, we will then refund the difference by transfer it to your bank account. Kindly be advised that this policy does not apply to Home Delivery Service by Ikea (1 or 3 tonne lorry).
