Hi! Im looking for a new female roommate. The room is 15m2. You have to share the kitchen, bathroom and garden (20 m2) with me. Perfect location (Korrewegwijk). Two supermarkets, a lot of other shops, a park and two bus stops (to the train station, the city centre and Zernike) are around the corner, you can walk there in just 1 minute. Cycling to Zernike takes 15 minutes, to the city centre only 8. The rent is €230 + €100 for gas, electricity, water, internet, tv, a washingmachine and taxes (garbage and water). If you want to, you could have the bed for free (without matress), you could buy the closet for €15 and the table + two chairs for only €10. Smoking inside is allowed (which I do in the hallway). Ive got a cat, so you will never see a mouse in here. :) The room will be available from the first of october. Send me a PM if you are interested!
