He was professional yet very outgoing and friendly. He made me laugh a few times during my call. He deserves a raise and has my gratitude for his help and demeanor. The customer service representative was very courteous and friendly. He made me feel like he enjoyed helping me with my issue. In this day and age it is very hard to find people who actually make you feel like they enjoy their work. Most of the time they make you feel like its just a job. I really liked talking to him. The man (his name started with a J) was very pleasant & he did everything in his power to assist me. He went as far as to consult a manager to correct an issue, that was above his approval. The person I spoke with helped me with my issue in a timely manner and was extremely friendly. We are so proud of you! This message motivate me a lot eventhough im sick and tired taking calls but it made me realize its my job and when i read this it gaves me energy!
