However many other banks have a huge exposure towards KFA and the same I suppose from my analysis seems to bve a herculean task to recover. consequently other than IOB may be rest of the 13 banks which have lent their money may tank in trade tommorrow. Do your due diligence before investing. happy investing. Also I want to caveat that please be careful whenever you go ahead with any purchase of any hard asset namely real estate because if there is any outstanding liability upon any property then do ensure that it doesnt become a burden on the buyer unless it is settled by the rightful owner of the flat.Thanks and regards surajkumar.
