Hi Mark Aronson, THank you so much for starting this group. I would like to post an idea that might spark someone else to do the same or just a idea of another pay it forward. I have reached out to some of the managers of the Marriott Hotels re what do they do with the plush bathrobes when they get a a bit old. When they get one little fray in their expensive hotel bathrobes, they get rid of them, trash them. They look new to me. I now go pick them up the clean used robes from the hotel and take them to the VA Hospital in Long Beach. I pass them out to our vets in long term care and our vets in hospice. The hospital doesnt provide them with bathrobes. They only get a small towel to go to the shower with. Its just a matter of asking manager or someone in charge at one of the nice hotels that provide these plush bathrobes. As, I was passing the bathrobes, I asked one vet in hospice if he would like one. He said yes he needed one just to keep warm. People really enjoy helping, we just need to ask.
