I have received a communication email from Manager already about some of the questions I raised to her last week. Kindly see below the answers: 1. Relocation package: Accommodation Php1,000 21 Php21,000 Food Php300 21 Php6,300 Airfare Php4,500 1 Php4,500 Freight of Personal Items Php2,000 1 Php2,000 Total Php33,800 2. Teletech basic pay: Php22,167.00/month plus other incentives/benefits that will be disclosed when you express interest to be relocated. This will be disclosed in a formal invitation letter to join their company. 3. 2 month performance Bonus- yes, there absolutely is a 2 months worth of performance bonus should you perform well on your duties and responsibilities on the next few weeks that we have left in the company. This includes your attendance/tardiness/absences MOVING FORWARD. There is no set criteria. All you have to do is to aim to be at work during your scheduled duty, doing the tasks you are assigned to do. Underperforming (absences, tardiness, rudeness) would mean you are not taking care of your job thus risking our business’s reputation. As a result, you might not receive your performance bonus, or might not receive it in full. Plus, we won’t be able to provide good words on your endorsement letter to Teletech Cebu should you choose to neglect your duties. 4. When will the 2 month performance bonus be given- Manager will work with MR to have this as part of February 28 pay. 5. DealsDirect T-Shirt- only batch 1 and 2 are qualified for the shirt. Only 1 shirt will be given to each batch 1 and 2 employee as a souvenir. Available color-black. The size has already been forwarded based on the email you sent the last time . 6. Do monthly incentive still continue until Feb 2015? Yes, absolutely. We will continue to give birthday cakes, Perfect attendance club coffee treat, and others.
