There, First of foremost, I just would like to greet and say Happy Summer beautiful sunny day to you all with a warmly heart on behalf of Seattle Chin United FC team which is founded recently by newly resettled Chin Youth Refugees and Immigrants who are residing in greater Seattle Metropolitan areas. We are originally from Burma and we are crazy about sports and youth activities. As the sport is one of the most powerful and a good way to build friendship and make stronger communities especially the wonderful game of Soccer. We, the Seattle Chin United FC team are planning to attend the 7th “Chin Youth Organization of North America” Conference which will be held from July/04 – July/06/2013 (Holiday) in Indianapolis, IN. You can learn more about the 7th Chin Youth Organization of North America Conference and its activities at cyona.org official website. The mission statement of this Seattle Chin United FC team is “to explore, share their skills and talents". In other words, to learn, meet, build the goodwill relationship and make a friendship with Chin, Kachin, Karen, Karenni, Burmese and other refugee communities including American Communities not only in Seattle, Washington, but also all over the United States. We are located in Seattle, in the amazing Northwest. Although it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, we are somewhat isolated from other Chin and Burmese Communities in the United States. In order to fly to reunite with our community members in the “Chin Youth Organization of North America Conference”, we will have to purchase tickets for flying ($500 per person due to holiday peak season). I want to extend a warm welcome and a thank you to generous donors, parents and sponsors like you who are essential in order to build friendship with other Chin Communities and help make our dream of becoming Champions of the 7th CYO Soccer Tournament a reality. Some of our players are in High School and Junior College Students (unemployed), so we need all the help we can get! We need jerseys, shoes, and everything else that goes along with the wonderful game of soccer. We appreciate any donations, no matter the size. Here is how we are doing a fundraising for our team to cover our expenses. As we are young, very energetic, and we can come to your house and clean your back yard, do lawnmower, clean up the bushes, cut unnecessary trees also we can wash your cars and clean garage inside outside of your house as needed. Plus, we SCUFC team is very fortunate that we have some talented technicians and very good in hand mechanic and having several years automobile work experience. These expert technicians are available to come and diagnose, repair and replace your auto parts as needed.
