Hi all! Especially those who will be present on the two days of the fundraiser. Im trying to figure out shifts.We all need to be at the fundraiser for noon on friday. I work both nights so would like to open both days if thats cool. There are four families so.....shifts should have two families each, so if kids get bored...etc...people can escape. That means 2 shifts @ 3.5 hours per. Tracy Milne your in charge of drop off and pick up of the stand, but Jason also has access to a truck perhaps? Anyway, discuss. Does that plan make sense?
