Hi all. Here are some photos of our October Retreat that Sabeena Jameel took. Thank you all for coming. Here is a note one of you Yoginis gave us: Hi Michelle, Thank you very much for a lovely weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful house and you made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent and I went away feeling thoroughly relaxed and energised. It was really good to be able to spend time thinking about the yoga poses and discussing with you how to achieve them. I feel that I have made real progress as a result, even though I shall never be really flexible! I look forward to coming again, probably in June.
