Hi all, I am looking for a person or two to go in on a lease with me for a 4br apartment in Flatbush (right outside of Ditmas Park) for Dec 1 move in. Am open to all genders and am LGBTQ friendly. Am looking for someone who is drug free, pet-free but is ok with living with and old tabby cat, and someone who wants to live cooperatively/communally. That means being open to sharing sundries and food. Those details can be worked out, but I want to establish not just an apartment, but a home where people want to engage with each other and cook with each other and hang out. I am looking for friendly and loving people to be part of this vision. Being clean and conscious of common areas is a must. Looking to share household chores among the roomies.
